What to Include When Sending Drawings
2D drawing or 3D model file: STEP, STP, DXF, DWG, PDF, IGS, IGES or ZIP.
Material grade, heat treatment condition and any material certificate requirement.
Critical dimensions, datums, tolerance, hole diameter, slot width, corner radius and surface finish.
Quantity, prototype or batch requirement, target delivery time and destination country.
Inspection requirement such as dimensional report, CMM check, surface roughness or photo confirmation.
