About JIANSHENG
Founded in 2013, JIANSHENG is a Shenzhen-based precision EDM machining factory focused on custom metal parts, tooling inserts, precision fixtures, non-standard gauges, prototype components and batch production support. We work from customer drawings or samples and review material, tolerance, surface finish, heat treatment and inspection requirements before confirming the machining route.

Quality Inspection
Quality review can include CMM inspection, profile projector checks, height gauges, hardness tester, surface roughness tester, micrometers, calipers, pin gauges and dial indicators. We review dimensional inspection based on drawings, surface roughness and material certificate requirements when specified, and recast layer or surface-integrity review when required by the drawing.
Machining accuracy can reach 0.002 mm for suitable projects and controlled machining conditions. Inspection precision can reach 0.001 mm when suitable measuring methods and conditions are used.
